About Kurt Geiger

Kurt Geiger was born in 1931 in Austria, and opened his first store in designer fashion mecca Bond Street in London in 1963. From the 1980s the Kurt Geiger company was owned by House of Fraser and then Harrods. During this time, several Kurt Geiger boutiques were opened at airports and high street locations around the UK.

Kurt Geiger underwent a management buyout in 1995. They have also opened a new flagship store in the UK, in Regent Street. Kurt Geiger now operates from over 100 locations.
